Obtain an official FD-258 FBI Fingerprint Card or download a copy from the FBI and have the subject's fingerprints taken at any local law enforcement agency. By US mail, send the completed Fingerprint Card (filling in required information) along with a certified check, money order, or Credit Card payment( using the Credit Card Form Click Here for Forms.
